Pat, who has several management qualifications, has previously worked in high-level sales and business development roles with both national and international companies, including a software development firm and a transport and logistics company. Clients included small, solo business owners through to large international companies, allowing Pat to liaise with a wide range of clients across both short and longer-term sales cycles.
Pat loves dealing with a wide variety of real estate clients on a day to day basis. A very down to earth person, he has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Over the years, Pat has developed strong rapport and positive working relationships with a large network of people and business associates. Highly respected in the industry and beyond, Pat makes excellent use of this network, together with an extensive range of Harcourts resources, in order to maximise his clients’ success.
He’s also very sensitive to people’s individual needs and circumstances, working closely with them to devise the best strategies and solutions with the best potential outcomes. He loves seeing people achieve their property goals and finds the job very rewarding. “It’s just as satisfying to see vendors maximise the return on their valuable asset as it is to hand a first home buyer their keys,” says Pat. “We enjoy making a positive difference in people’s lives.”
A long-term local resident educated at St Bernard’s, Pat knows and loves the area well. He’s also actively involved in the local football club in both formal and social capacities. Between local footy, AFL footy, two adult kids, a close extended family, and a regular hit of golf, Pat enjoys a busy, active social life.
